Pipe Leakage Pipe was leaking in bathroom. Maintenance was contacted and responded. Due to the age of the pipe, it was temporarily repaired to stop the leakage until the next morning. They returned and fixed the problem expeditiously. Thank you!

Apt has a nice view especially at night The apt unit that was given to me was clean. Detric, one of the leasing consultants is very nice, approachable and so accomodating. Been here for less than a month.

ROACHES We have roaches all over our apartments and in the hallways/laundry rooms. No fumigation is happening and nothing is being done about the roaches. On top of that we have a lot of people parked in red zones and in front of trash cans making it hard to throw away your trash. Also there are people inside the trash cans all the time digging through our trash and there is no security at all they are never on site

We currently have a contract with Orkin, and they service the property on a weekly basis for pest control. If you're still... experiencing issues, please contact the office so we can schedule a treatment inside your unit directly.
Regarding parking and trash area concerns, we’re actively working on improving enforcement to ensure red zones and access points remain clear. We understand how frustrating it can be, and we appreciate your patience as we continue to address it. As for security, we are reviewing our current protocols and will evaluate additional measures to better support our community’s safety.
