1. The leasing office gave us a parking space that was already assigned to someone so all night we were fearful of getting towed even though it wasn't our fault
2. One of our "golden" keys struggles to open access doors / the front gate
3. Didn't receive a mail key then was told that we have to do it ourselves via the portal
4. No microwave in the apartment even though when we toured the unit had one
5. The unit we moved into had pretty visible cobwebs, tape is holding the breaker door, just... things you would expect to be taken care of prior

Easiest Transfer Ever! I have been living at PRC for over 9yrs, so when I approached management that I needed something new, a fresh starts. Griselda went above & beyond to address my needs.
