Great apartment minus horrible dog owners I love the apartments so far. They are great! I wish that the dog owners would do the cuurtesy of picking up their dogs poop. There is poop everywhere and on hot days the open areas smell like dog poop.

Front parking lot Unit My unit has a patio which is right in front of the parking lot. Residents do not respect the sign or no loud music and some have very loud modified exhausts. I doubt management will ever fix this problem. Also I had a neighbors dog peeing above me which leaked to my patio. I had to complain over 10x for anything to be done.

Garbage disposal Maintenance came-in less than 24 hours and replaced the whole thing as it was leaking third time fixing it! No complaints always professional and appropriate and quick

Kitchen sink was clogged What i love about this place is that things get fixed right away. The maintenance people are good and efficient. Thank you Victor for always taking care of thing's.
