Rental details:
A lease agreement will need to be signed for a minimum of 1 year with an option to go month to month after. An initial deposit will be paid ($3,800 plus a one time pet fee of $400 if applicable) as well as the first month's rent (will be prorated as per the lease start date). We require 1 month notice before lease ends on intent.
