Overpriced and not well maintained, unfair practices keeping security deposit
During my very short stay here, my rent on this overpriced small apartment was increased one time. One time I had a bathtub full of sewage and an ongoing in issue with a bedroom wall full of mold. I was not offered compensation or accommodation for either. Yet when I moved out, they kept my security deposit and even charged me an overage for "pet damages and carpet replacement." Which probably would be fair IF I HAD A PET. Not only have I never had a pet, I never had one on the premises during... my time there. And they knew this because I signed a waiver indicating such. I have disputed and they still have not responded or returned security deposit for false damages.
