Sterling 5th has many things to like about it. For me it’s the amount of room space available, the personal bathrooms, the gym and the pool. They also hold a lot of events every month, and even though I don’t attend them all, it’s nice to know they have a great sense of community. The staff is very nice and welcoming. It seems like you’re really able to talk to them whenever. Lastly, I really like that they have a dedicated secure room where I can leave my bike locked up at any time.

They hold fun events and seem to care about the people living here. The amenities are great!

Never leaving this place?? So glad I found such a vibrant and clean community to live while in college!!

It's a great looking place to live and on top of that they provide a1 services, diligent maintenances and all of the staff are super friendly and helpful.

I have lived here for the past two years and throughout the transition out of COVID protocol they have been amazing! They have started planning so many events so you can meet people in the community and have fun prizes! They are always good about coming within two days when you put in work orders and when there is a real issue they are always willing to listen and work it out.
