I just moved out and honestly glad I did. It was my first apartment living experience on my own and it was not it. The management was not great (rude, not helpful, and acted like your problems weren’t important when they really were). The PRICES, not worth it. The only thing I really enjoyed about ryder were the amenities which were pretty nice (when people weren’t openly having s*x in the hot tub). Random charges for things not on your rent. The air conditioner often run into problems. When you have any problem, they will blame you first. Think twice before living here.

1.) management is non existent and if they are, then they are rude, staff there is okay, never see them at the office tho. It feels like management have given up

2.) front gate is sometimes locked and sometimes not, random people would sometime use the amenities in the complex, yesterday I have seen 3-4 families that definitely do not live here come and have a party, and this is regular occurrence. Also heard on discord that there were some creepy dude coming into the complex and staring at 2... girls in the pool…

Worst management team EVER. They just send bills ontime. They don't answer phone call. The mailbox is full. Please try it!! You are being charged for one thing or the other continuously. Presumably my daughter apartment used $300 of only electricity in one month!!
The property is good and new but they DO NOT respond to any service request. The TV still does not work and it, an annoying pop-up continuously shows up every ten minutes. I brought this to their attention 6 TIMES (email, phone call,... you name it) and still no respond. They made us to pay for the whole month of Sep but they did not allow us to move in until Sep 11th! I emailed them and told them that O am not paying rent for next month fi the issues are not fixed.
There are hidden charges everywhere and you are not made aware of them until they charge you for it.
There are 6 girls in one apartment and they only brought 3 chairs for counter. How can 6 girls sit and have dinner if they want to?
