Avoid at all costs. This place is a massive pile of garbage that was made beyond poorly. On top of that, the rent is absolutely egregious. You can literally hear everything your neighbors are doing, there was hardly ever any hot water, and the AC never worked. We repeatedly asked management to fix and they never did. You couldn't pay me to live here again. Just look at all the other reviews.

Where to even begin..
I guess let's start with the only good aspect:
Location. But it's simply not worth it because...

Terrible construction QUALITY:
You can hear EVERYTHING. Every step your neighbor would take, every drawer and door open. You could even hear the elevator chime from inside most units. It's just simply built like cheap chunk and management can't even really do anything about this... .

Speaking of MANAGEMENT:
Things had only gotten far worse when management swapped a few months back. Little to no communication and they seem to have even less experience managing a property.

SECURITY concerns:
Access doors being left open. Package theft. Car break-ins (glass), and one resident even said a car was fully stolen from the non-secure garage.

SMELLY + Terrible Ventilation.
The stairwell has a very strange chemical smell. The elevator and garage have a weird smell. More importantly most residents report their bathroom having a sewer gas smell when the bathroom fan is turned on. Most units only have one window and so it's very hard to get fresh air to help.

I cannot list everything, but...
1. Trash all over.
2. Multiple issues with resident units flooding (often affecting units below them).
3. Pool flooded, which is on the 3rd floor, going all the way down to underground parking...
4. Construction noise on the SW side.
5. Bar Music most nights on the NW side.
6. Toxic chemicals in the garage with no ventilation.

All original tenants have left or cannot wait to leave.

Do not waste your money. One of the most poorly constructed buildings I have ever lived in. No soundproofing, weird layouts, flooding, construction noise, a loud courtyard layout, the list goes on.

The new property management company is just as bad as the last one. I cannot recommend avoiding living here enough.

I do not recommend living here. I can hear everything my upstairs neighbor does, there is little to no soundproofing. The gym is not “state of the art” as advertised, and the complex is constantly loud. For how expensive it is, it’s frustrating to be kept up at night by so much noise.
