Hi, I'm Maria. I have 3 private, lockable rooms available for rent in a Condo Complex in Culver City.
The space
All rooms are light, spacious and very clean. The closets are large and the rooms are furnished with a bed, nightstand, chest of drawers,... desk with chair and a TV. The rooms are directly across the hall from the shared bathroom which has 2 sinks, a large countertop and tons of storage.
Guest access
Use of full, well-stocked kitchen and laundry facilities is included. The living room, dining room, lower 1/2 bath and patio are common areas for us to share.
During your stay
I live in the home. I treat my tenants like family and I'm often home to help with directions, suggestions, etc. I'm always on the other end of the phone when I'm out.
Other things to note
There are 2 swimming pools on the property which are free and usable until 10 pm every day. We have tennis courts, a volleyball court, 2 saunas and a Jacuzzi.

There is free private parking right outside the door!

The house is professionally cleaned every week.
Depending on the room, the rent is between $1700-$1800/month. Rental minimum is 2 weeks (prorated), with no maximum amount of days/months.
