My Rental price of $1100 is lower than the current market value of $1461 according to this site, because it comes with the added responsibility to run the snowblower from this unit to the front gate along the driveway, but just one pass will do. Please keep in mind that on snow mornings you will have get up a 1/2 hour earlier to do this.
I beleive this is easier for a male to do, so I encourage a male to move in, but I understand that you might be a very strong female. This unit also requires that the tenant keeps a clear walk path to the outside faucet, to make sure that it drips all year around to prevent the main pipe from freezing in winter. This faucet has a heating tape plugged into this unit that must be plugged in and stay on! Each one of us in the indifferent units, we all keep icecles away from our windows

Tenant pays for electricity, propane & internet. Utilities to be set up on your name to receive keys on your scheduled move-in date

My 6 studios complex is one of the historical original motels BUT it has an old & delicate septic tank, which requires being very mindful about not sending down the drain any grease/hair, If you ever dry camped in a motor home, you understand the limitations of sending grey water down the drain. I have plenty of advice on this, it is just being willling to get used to it.

We are located in Long Valley where David Mc Coy started his ski resort before going to the mountain itself, We are 11 miles South of Mammoth Lakes town and 5 miles north of Crowley Lake.
