Horrible management
Management is beyond useless. Does not respond to any sort of maintenance requests, constant issues with the property (hot water has gone out multiple times for over a week, parking issues, gate issues, package room issues, appliances that don’t work). Manager said guests should not park in the guest parking spots but across the street in the retail center. Run away if you can.

Based on our records, we are not aware of ongoing water outages or unresolved maintenance issues as described in this review. Guest parking guidelines are in place to... maintain safety and availability for all residents and are communicated clearly on the property.

Bait and switch
Promised free clubhouse use as part of the apartment and now they’re charging an insane hourly rate to use it
