Absolute Worst Mistake – Do Not Move Here

Moving into this building has been the biggest mistake ever. The management does not enforce their own rules, and the living conditions are terrible.

* **Massive Dogs & Lack of Management Action:** The building has a strict 25-lb weight limit for pets, yet my neighbor has two massive, 100-plus-pound dogs. When I brought this up to the manager, it was completely dismissed, despite the dogs being incredibly disruptive.
* **Constant Odors:** The hallways and common areas constantly smell like weed...
. It is overwhelming and entirely unmanaged.
* **Safety and Cleanliness Issues:** The back garden area is downright creepy and unsafe, and it is completely covered in dog waste because neighbors refuse to clean up after their pets.
* **Unwelcoming Common Areas:** The pool area is impossible to enjoy. Large groups of non-residents and extended guests completely take over the area, treating it like their own private club. If you actually want to swim, good luck finding any space, as they occupy the entire area without any hesitation or respect for other paying tenants.

The neighbors are incredibly untrustworthy, and management does absolutely nothing to enforce the lease terms or maintain the property. Save yourself the headache and look elsewhere.

Disappointing living experience – lack of management accountability


I am writing this review to warn prospective tenants about the severe lack of habitability at this property. My experience here has been consistently negative due to several ongoing issues that management fails to address.

Building Conditions: The units suffer from extremely poor sound insulation; the walls are paper-thin, making it impossible to escape noise from neighbors. Additionally, the elevator is frequently out of service, which is a major inconvenience.

Sanitation & Environment: The...
common areas are poorly maintained. I have frequently encountered dog waste in the building, and the hallways are consistently plagued by a very strong, pervasive odor that permeates the units.

Security & Facilities: There have been recurring issues with thefts in the parking garage. Furthermore, the lack of in-unit laundry facilities makes day-to-day living very difficult.

Noise Disturbances: Weekends are consistently disrupted by loud parties, particularly around the pool area, which management does not appear to regulate.

Management: Attempting to resolve these issues with management is incredibly frustrating. Responses are almost exclusively automated, bot-generated messages that do not address the actual problems or offer any real solutions.

This building is not well-maintained for human occupancy. I would strongly advise looking elsewhere if you value a quiet, clean, and secure living environment.

Useless and unprofessional management. Stay away!

Useless and unprofessional management. Stay away!
Ignored Work Orders: Maintenance requests and urgent tenant issues are completely ignored and ghosted.

The Bait: The office is only used to look good for prospective tenants. Once you sign the lease, you do not exist to them.

Nothing special

No security on premises even though they advertise it. The building manager is rarely in her office. The construction workers and gardeners park in tenant assigned spots and the management approves of that. To get maintenance is a miracle. Some equipment in the gym is broken and nobody cleans there. Since it's close to the highway there's black dust in the apartment. The walls are painted weird beige including the ceiling so it feels like trapped in a cardboard box. The apartments are dark and... dingy. The only good thing is the location.
