I love living here! Management has genuinely made a huge difference and impact in the community. As a long term resident I can say it was a headache dealing with the previous staff but I can attest that there is ongoing effort to make our living experience more pleasant and enjoyable. HUGE Thank you to the entire maintenance and office team for showing up everyday to prioritize our well being.

Metro Is New and Improved
Metro has been my home for 8 years and I will speak for many tenants, there was a time where things went extremely downhill in 2022-2024. For example, a lot of us did not receive a lease renewal for over 6 months. Trash rooms were so filthy, we refused to go in and throw our trash and smell so unbearable. Maintenance used to take MONTHS. I had NO WASHER for 4 MONTHS in 2024. Security was nowhere to be found. My family could not park in guest parking because cars where always stored. The list... goes on. Now to the good: It is evident that we have had new management and although I have not personally met the manager, many of us notice the difference based on how our community looks now. Everything I listed on my review is no longer an issue. Although it feels very strict, I would rather come home to a well-maintained community and knowing that management takes all issues very seriously. My neighbor used to let his dogs pee on my front door, but that no longer is an issue. I would rather live here knowing people that management will take action on issues than to live the way we were living before.

Love It!
I’ve lived here for 7 years and I love it! Office staff is exceptional and extremely friendly and helpful! It’s very clean thanks to the 2 cleaning ladies who work very hard! Yes you do see stuff here and there and yes the building is aging but it all gets taken care of by them! Maintenance is also great and I love how they communicate via text. Thank you to all for making this place better!!!

Do not move here
Horrible management and staff (minus maintenance) ongoing safety and just basic operational issues. This place is also disgusting, cleanliness has gone down hill here

Just a headache
Just avoid this place. We are not renewing. There is a lot of turnover, bad system management and an overall attitude to not care. The headaches started at move in with bad guidance, turnover in staff and access issues. Add to that new IT systems implemented that make everything from service requests to payments harder. The new payment processor is a credit card company - just think about that when you have to pay your bill and what they do with your personal info. Just avoid this headache... as there are many other properties with fewer issues in the same area.
