The elevators frequently do not work. There is no way to get anyone in or out of your apartment (dog walkers, package delivery) because the front doors are not working and butterfly access not working. Only way to get in the garage is with a fob, no butterfly access on south tower. Advertised dog walking service but not available. The apartments are nice if you don’t mind stairs and do not have a pet.

Excellent Apts
The staff is very friendly. The apartment and community is very nice. The amenities are amazing. The area has lots of shopping and food and is really nice for a walk.
