Co signer must have credit above 700, income of 5x rent, and own property in Sonoma County. * Section 8 and other voucher holders may request (in writing) to use an alternative of 2 years of ontime payments at 2 different utilty companies and 2 years of ontime rental payments as an alternative to credit score.
