Sweet, spacious one bedroom cottage on quiet little lane on the lake. Watch the pelicans, launch your kayak, write your novel, sleep under the oaks from the porch of this fresh little cottage. We take pride in our rental and offer a safe, well... maintained one bedroom, one bath: shower over tub, with range, refrigerator, mini split heat and cooling, ceiling fans, wood flooring, and well lit dining and living area. Furnished with the basics: dining table, dresser, chairs, armoire, bed. Two good closets for linens and clothing.

Your front door opens to the shaded patio, and you are steps from an amazing pebbly beach with knock out views of the natural beauty of the lake.

Rent includes all utilities. It's a good deal. We pay trash, water, electricity, and wifi. In turn we request you have one registered vehicle, and are agreeable to keeping all personal items inside the cottage. Rent is due on the 1st of the month each and every month.

This cottage is a great place for newly arrived workers, tree contractors, interns, medical personnel etc. It is an excellent fit for those traveling lite, without tons of personal items requiring storage. In the past Bay Area escapees have rented the cottage long term as a weekend escape. Sorry no onsite laundry but a good laundromat is just down the road.

Rent is $1400 per month with a refundable security deposit of $1,000. Additionally we collect $300 cleaning fee. We require a signed lease agreement for first 6 months then you chose month to month or renew lease.

Sorry no pets, no smoking, no drugs, one vehicle. Please be a savvy renter and be thoughtful and considerate of one other tenant on property. Verifiable income past rental reference.
