My home for Many Many Years
My home for many years!
Words can not express how wonderful this complex is ! Kim is kind caring and compassionate! She truly cares for her residents! JJ is amazing he makes a point to wave or say at any point he may see you ! When ever there is a maintenance request he’s always prompt fast efficient and kind. He always fall through to make sure there’s nothing going with it afterwards! Thank you Kim, JJ and the rest of the Creekside Colony staff from making this such a wonderful home for so... many years!

love this complex
I just moved in. If you’re looking for a high end complex without the price this is it! Kim the property manager is amazing, professional and easy to talk to! Who knew my happy home was just up a few blocks from a nightmare. I think I’ll be here for a long time! Love it here, so far so great!

I have lived here for the past eight and a half years and this community is great.
The management (Ryan and Kayla) are always nice and helpful and the maintenance (Andrew) is on the ball. Any repair issues are always fixed within a day.
The complex is always clean and well maintained from the street to the creek behind us.
Also most any kind of your shopping needs are very close.
All in All a great place to call my home.
