Our Townhome Unit was supposed to be ready today in the morning and my wife even had an appointment to pick up the keys that same morning. Well, guess what? No!
The unit is not ready and they have a weak excuse as to why I am not able to pick up the keys. How is this possible. Your lack of organization has now affected both of us and really stressed my Wife out since we had planned on moving in today as early as possible to return the rental truck on a scheduled contractual time. You have... cost us time, stress and money. Management you need to fix this. This is unprofessional and unacceptable since we have to now deal with added stress and monetary adjustments.

Very friendly and helpful lease office staff. I needed help renewing my lease and both staff and I were having a difficult time. I ended up resolving the issue and was able to go on with my day.
