We have been living in Tavera apartments for 8 years and have had a pleasant experience. Only recently did I disagree with a decision that Tavera made to repair an old washer (instead of replacing it) that does not match the quality and luxury that Tavera markets itself as. Other than that Tavera has been a great place to live.
