Terri and the rest of the leasing office team helped make our decision to move here so easy! We had toured other complexes before this one and Luminary really does outshine the rest of them.

The units are spacious with tons of storage. There are many amenities and relaxing spaces to choose from. The landscaping and cleanliness of everything really gives a luxurious feeling.

I loooove this community. The apartments are stunning, the staff is friendly and so on top of things. They respond quickly and always have a smile. Everything is clean and the people are so kind. It feels safe and the parks nearby are so fun!

Excellent experience moving into our new apartment. The staff is professional, courteous , respectful and helpful especially Arlene.

Overall this is a great community and complex. My husband and I love our apartment and the location. That gas station that’s a walk away is actually the nicest gas station I’ve ever been to. The sister complex amenities are super great, can’t wait for ours to be all finished up! When we got our keys, we were told our apartment was cleaned, but when we came in, it was not. Although, that was not a big deal to us and we did not mind cleaning it ourselves. The complex is overall quiet and the... leasing staff are very nice, accommodating and amazing. The only negative thing I have to say is there are ants everywhere! We are very clean and meticulous people and we’ve realize no matter how much we clean the ants will still be everywhere all over our apartment. There’s no actual way to get rid of them unless someone brings in some type of exterminator. I hope this issue gets resolved fast because ants are very annoying. Read More
