?? 1-Star Review — Extremely Disappointing Experience
I would strongly recommend thinking twice before moving into the Artisan Apartments. Our experience here has been extremely disappointing, and the biggest issue has been the poor management and lack of concern for residents.
We dealt with ongoing, excessive noise disturbances from a neighboring unit, including yelling, stomping, and constant banging and slamming of doors and objects. The disturbances became so serious that police had to be... contacted, and we also contacted courtesy patrol. Despite bringing these issues to management’s attention, we never felt that the situation was handled appropriately or that management did enough to protect the quality of life of the residents who were being affected.
On top of that, there was also a serious fire incident at the property where the building was burning. Having to deal with something that alarming while already having ongoing issues with noise and management made our experience even worse.
What is most frustrating is that management seemed more interested in going through the motions than actually resolving the problems. When residents repeatedly bring legitimate concerns to management, they should feel heard and supported. Unfortunately, that was not our experience.
We are leaving the Artisan and could not be happier to be moving on. Paying the amount of rent expected here should come with a reasonable level of safety, peace, and responsive management. We did not feel we received that.
If you are considering living here, I strongly recommend doing your research, talking to current residents, and asking management how they actually handle serious noise, safety, and resident complaints before signing a lease.

A beautiful, peaceful, and quiet community. Only about a year old, so the apartments and the amenities are in perfect condition. The pool looks like a resort and is a great place to hang out and get some peace and quiet. There are grills all around the community that are very well maintained and cleaned consistently by the cleaning crew. The staff does a very good job of keeping the parking situation under control and ensuring that residents and guests are only parking in their designated spots.... When applying we arrived and found the property very clean and very well maintained. Walked in the office and was greeted by Bella, the warm welcoming leasing professional that made my wife and I feel immediately at home. When taking a tour I had the pleasure of meeting the maintenance crew and found out very quickly why this place looks so nice and well maintained.
