Lived at this property for a few years. The apartment has older appliances and dishwasher doesn't work, which was fine for the initial price. They have since raised my rent the maximum amount after every year. Worse is that mailbox was broken into in April of 2023. They are completely refusing to fix the mailbox. It is now November and we are all still picking up our mail at the post office. My mail gets lost constantly. The landlord even had the nerve to raise everyone's rent three months after... the mailbox was broken into while refusing to fix it.

No longer a pleasant place to call home. Ownership and very rigid management has transformed this older and dated property to a sterile community with no character or pleasantness. Much better north county alternatives; keep looking.
