We are looking for two individuals or a small family (up to two adults and one child) to rent an Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU)/portion of our single-family home.
About the Space:
- Rent: $2,300 per month (includes all utilities: electricity, gas,... water, sewage, trash & recycling, and internet)
- Parking: Driveway and ample street parking available
- Private entrance for added convenience
