2 bedroom, each with private baths (there is a guest house which is not included and will not be rented while you are here). There is a third bed (double) in laundry room, but it is not under air--no AC, no heat-so you'd need to leave adjoing room... door open to moderate the laundry room.

We have a very nice pool decked out with several lounge chairs--pool is not heated. I provide linen and towels. Lease duration is negotiable to a point.

Air conditioning is brand new and cold or hot as needed. Utilities and Wifi included. Fully furnished-turn key--with linen, dishware and silverware etc.

House is in de Anza golfing community--contact them for any guest usage of golf course, if allowable.

Initial lease is negotiable--but I prefer 30 day minimum (avoid short term sales tax) but we can negotiate term of lease length. I already have plans to use the house in November.

Star gazing and fire pit at night--I have complementary firewood. Situated on De Anza Golf course. Hiking and horseback riding nearby. Off-roading nearby. Town has three hotels, many motels and many more RV camp sites and over 25 restaurants.
