MISLEADING
I am very disappointed with this establishment. Not only is it misleading by posting x-amount of units are “available now”, but there is a waitlist that is not mentioned at all in their website. I stopped by today to view a 2bdrm for my family and I as we are in need of an apartment ASAP. No one was here in Belmont and this was my mistake as I missed that their leasing office is located in Redwood City. My partner called the leasing office and a woman named Mia informed us that there was a... waitlist and it’s already pretty full. Also, the building is new and the apartments aren’t available now as posted online, they will be available as of August. Also, their hours online are incorrect as it states they are open from “am-am”. I don’t see a bright future for these folks. A waste of time and hope.
