Good place to live Love this gated oasis in Azusa. Staff is efficient and very helpful. They do as much as they can to assist you with your needs. I would love more community like activities. Sometimes when work needs to be done (parking lot, barbecue pits, etc., they start too early as I treasure my rest) but I love that pets are welcome. That's the best thing about this place!!

Le Med review We recently moved out of this apartment complex, and we truly had an amazing experience living here. One of the things we loved most was how calm and quiet the community always felt. It was peaceful, relaxing, and genuinely felt like home from the moment we moved in.

We also loved seeing so many dogs around the community — it was perfect for our dog to socialize and make furry friends. The neighbors were always friendly, respectful, and welcoming, which made the environment even... better.

Any time we needed maintenance, the service was quick, professional, and reliable. The office staff and team were incredibly kind and friendly throughout our entire stay. They always treated us with respect and made us feel comfortable and at home.
