We have an unfurnished bedroom available in a home located on a 1 acre property in AG, about a mile off highway 101. Yourself and one other housemate would use the same bathroom, and there's access to shared common spaces which include the kitchen,... living room, and laundry room. A couple currently occupies the master bedroom along with their two medium-sized dogs, and there's a housemate in another bedroom (you would be the 4th and last person in the house). The room comes with its own “bonus room” which can be used as an office, storage space, or walk-in closet (about 11x12 ft.)

Lease Terms and Move-In Info:
• Month-to-month lease
• Move-in date: Anytime in August or September 1st (pro-rated first month)

Rent and Deposit:
• $1,450/month – all utilities included (electric, gas, internet, trash, water)
