Tour I had an amazing touring experience at Sundial Apartments. Alan was very welcoming and answered all my questions.

Clean, Quiet, Friendly, and Safe I've lived in other apartment complexes, but this is at the top of my list. I feel very comfortable here it's quiet. My apartment has double paned windows and sound proofing in the floors. I play guitar and I know I don't bother my neighbors, when I get a little loud.

The complex is always very clean. I'm impressed by the fact they have someone cleaning seven days a week. One example is "spider patrol." One staff member goes through the complex removing... spider webs from the balconies and under the porches and around trash cans. That level of detail is rare. I also use the pool area and there's never any trash and the pools are always clean.

Whenever I see any staff member, they are always friendly. They call me by name and ask how I'm getting along.

Lastly, I feel very safe here. I'm a little older and the security gate keep the outside traffic to a minimum, something I never considered before, but it's a comfort. My dog is also older and sometime needs to go out in the middle of the night. I know I can walk him through the compound safely.

Great location..about 5 min away from 91 and 5 freeway and 10 min away from Disneyland. Gorgeously well kept and quiet tenants. Landscaping makes a peaceful getaway right at home. POOL and Jacuzzi onsite. Front gate locks after 7 pm..so you feel safe all though the night. Manager lives in property and is very friendly. Plenty of parking on the street for guests and parking spots available for tenants. Very nice size rooms in the apartment with a wall to wall mirror closet. MOVE here for the... closet space alone.
