I moved here recently (04/2024) because of the location and the very reasonable rent. Upon moving in, the AC didn’t work, and maintenance had it fixed within 1 business day. It is quiet here, and the community is kept clean. I am very happy so far, and looking forward to my year here.

I recently renewed my lease for the third year. I sent the management notice of my renewal along with an email from my insurance company stating that I renewed my renters' insurance. Progressive, also informed me, that they send copies to all parties listed on the policy. A month later, I was charged $50.00 for not showing proof of renters insurance. right away, I sent the same document as before. It was proof that I had insurance and there was no lapse of coverage. However, Management... refused to credit my account or give a refund of the $50.00. I am still trying to go up the corporate ladder to receive the credit that I am due. At this time no luck.
Hopefully, corporate greed will not take over another part of our lives and they will do the right thing.

DO NOT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE! The new management is horrible. The maintenance people have no idea what they are doing. Nothing is ever fixed properly. The buildings are falling apart. The pool and hot tub are never maintained properly. The rent is outrageous for this slum. They put on a good act when you go to tour the place, but at soon as you move in everything falls apart. Got a leak in the wall we will get back to you in a couple weeks. DO NOT waste your time looking at this place.
