Questionable Practices - Better Options

At the time of moving in to the apartments the management was constantly difficult to reach regarding questions and issues about our lease. We did not have consistent hot water for the first two months of our lease, found issues with the building itself, and have had to deal with constant construction in the last month with maintenance consistently attempting to enter our apartment with no notice or warning. The management office is difficult to reach during business hours (9am-5pm) and you will... have to call multiple times to get your call through, even if they are not busy. Overall, for the price and the terrible upkeep of the facility, you can absolutely find a better place to live near this area for a better price and better management.
