I have lived here a little over a year. Recently our chiller went out and I had no AC. I am very grateful that it is up and running now. I appreciate the discount for the inconvenience this has caused not only myself but all other residents that were caused by this. Thank you to the team that worked hard to fix this matter.

Love the place, great staff. The apartments are spacious, and they are in a great location, which is close to all stores, restaurants, and hospitals.

This company has been working very hard to improve this property. It is a very nice piece of earth. Just needed some love & money. They are doing it. Definitely worth taking a look at. Leasing office girls have been working very hard & they deserve a break. Thank you Girls & Greenwater please keep up the great work. Oh their maintenance crew work hard to correct things the right way. Very appreciated for sure.

This was an awesome place to live until they installed a key system that essentially took away any privacy. You essentially have to install spyware on your own phone to open the door of your own apartment. You can't make spare keys. I can't leave the house without my cell phone. If you break your phone you have .o way of entering your own home.

Estoy muy contenta con la nueva administración. El personal de mantenimiento y las chicas de las oficinas hacer un excelente trabajo tales como Yanet, Erika y Enrique siempre están dispuestos a ayudarnos y son personas muy amablemente.
Ahora las áreas tales como la lavandería, área de perros, piscina, container de basura están siempre limpios, de verdad que se nota el cambio…
