Strange experience
We moved into a studio there in December of 2019, I know good timing right? It’s a very cool old building, and in a great spot, except that it was apparently a hotel for unhoused people before. So it has a lot of unhoused people still attached to it. They slept in the small unsecured backyard, left a lot of broken glass in the parking lot nightly, could really surprise you coming up out of the dumpster at night. Then came Covid and it got much worse faster. They came in regularly and trashed the... laundry room, tagged the back doors, after four months we had to call it a day. So if security is important to you, or if you are a single woman, maybe look elsewhere.
