Maintenance I submitted 3 requests and none of them have been addressed. Gardners never came to trim backyard, filters were never changed and the ants I took care of myself.

BEST decision moving here! So I’ve been here a few months and put in for minor repairs. Within 24 hours ALL repairs were completed!!! The 2 Maintenance gentleman were professional and so polite! Great service all around here!

My partner and I were looking for the perfect place to move and we came across this beautiful facility. Winter and Rosa were the sweetest to us from the start, making the move-in process smooth and easy. The unit itself is beautiful and we're in love with everything, we're proud to say we're residents of Moderne and hope to be years to come. This has been the worst apartment experience ever. Management, especially Winter and Rosa, constantly place notices on residents' doors—whether it’s a five-day notice or a ten-day notice, it feels like a never-ending cycle. They charge for valet trash pickup, yet when the service fails to collect it, instead of addressing the issue, they simply leave another notice.

Despite being advertised as a non-smoking property, the entire premises constantly smell like marijuana, and even maintenance... smokes on-site.
