Cozy and caring community, great place!
I have been living here for almost a year now, and I can definitely say this place is home. I am newer to North Phoenix, but the community here is very caring and friendly and I have already made so many friends here. Caitlynn is a wonderful manager and since the shift, I feel so confident bringing my issues to her team. Aisha and Hope are wonderful leasing agents, they have helped me so much as a first time renter and I really hope those who may have had a bad experience can come back to see... how it might have changed from before! Thank you guys so much for everything!!

Rude Leasing team
I called to get information and pricing. The male agent was very rude. When I was trying to get clarification on the additional monthly fee's he became rude and when I asked for a manager he placed me on hold and didn't pick up the phone. I called back on no one answered. I left a message for the Regional manager - Corporate office ?

Predatory apartments
Do not rent here, they are extremely predatory. My apartment flooded last year, and I was told that they don’t do final walks with residents when I moved out, only to get hit with the bill for fixing the apartment when I left. Mold, roaches, water damage, rotting furnishings, the apartments are a nightmare to live in and it’s a nightmare you’ll end up footing the bill for.
