Living at District on Aoache has been a game-changer for my college experience. The location is ideal—just a short walk from campus and near several cafes and shops. The apartments are spacious with modern amenities, and having my own bedroom has been a huge plus for privacy. The common areas, like the study lounge and gym, are well-maintained and provide great spaces to unwind or get work done. Rent is reasonable for the area, and maintenance is prompt whenever issues arise. The social events... hosted by the management help build a sense of community, which is great for meeting new people. My only gripe would be the occasional noise from neighboring units, but it’s manageable. Overall, the District on Apache is a solid choice for students looking for a comfortable, convenient place to live.

Not too bad. The hallways consistently smelled like trash (at least the smell does not get into individual apartments). The AC in the weights section was not working properly for basically the entire summer.
