i’ve lived here for almost a year now & i only wish i could stay but im moving across the country. this community has been so pleasant and such a breath of fresh air.

move in process;
so quick & seamless, they upheld constant communication, answered every question & the turn around process from application to move in was fast.

community/property;

ovation at tempe has a pest control company that comes out to spray, ive lived in places with scorpions & all kinds of bugs in the past, this place... keeps such good care of its grounds i haven’t seen any bugs in my unit except for the occasional spider here and there.

the dumpsters get dumped quite frequently so worrying about the over flowing trash & all those worries was never an issue.

maintenance;

5 stars for the maintenance crew & the turn around time. they’re always present driving around in their golf carts & when i had a request, it was typically serviced in 24 hours. they gave the option to call before entering which i appreciated since i have a cat that would love to run through the front door.

fitness center/ pool:

atleast once a week or maybe every other week, i see a pool guy cleaning the pool to keep it clean for everyone & the fitness center was always in great shape & clean as well.

front office;

i’ve only ever spoken with Dan & Kristy but both are very knowledgeable and welcoming.

move out:

the move out process was the same as the move in in regards to being just as efficient & quick, all the fees for early lease termination were to be expected and kristy explained each one.
