Been in the apartment less then 24 hours. Wasn’t allowed in the apartments to check them out before paying them. Now inside and there are a number of things that have been neglected. The carpet had finishing nails showing and my 2 year old almost step on them. It gets worse was trying to figure out my my child and wife were having breathing problems so I opened the ac return and it was covered in every type of mold possible. The management said it wasn’t mold and then had some random ac company... come out and they just spread the ac vent mold and dust over all our stuff with out even opening the ac return. Currently paying rent here but having to live in a hotel. The shower also has been leaking enough that the wall blistered then they fixed it and the bath and shower turn on now at the same time and the wall is now cracking because there is still moisture behind it and I am sure it’s probably covered in black mold. Be warned the management company here changed 3 months ago. These previous company was well managed but PEM is terrible and rude if you dare complain about their incompetance. They can't figure out something as simple as posting rent, and then send nasty letters to longterm tenants saying that they owe money because THEY can't figure out how to do their accounting properly. They will also charge you $3 to pay online; despite the fact that they get their money instantly.

Is a good place except the grills. Need to keep better maintence

The management here has to be the nicest and most accommodating I have ever rented from. The apartments are modern, quiet and affordable. Only down side is the cockroach problem. I get at least 2 in my apartment, but the apartments offer free weekly pest control. Overall, I am happy to be a part of the Aldea Apartments community.

The first thing I love about my apartment is that my stairs have carpet inside my apartment. It definitely has a condo feel when you walk up the stairs. The living room is huge and fits a sectional couch along with a big tv. The kitchen is very spacious with a built-in microwave and up to date kitchen appliances. I absolutely love the granite marbled counter tops. We have a two bed and two bathroom apartment. The first bedroom is the perfect size for a childrens room or guest bedroom. It... has plenty of space for all of our furniture. The guest bathroom is huge. It is a very accomadating size and its a beautiful bathroom. The master bedroom has plenty of room with a nice sized closet. The best thing about the bathroom is the bathtub. It has a spa like feel with its gracious size. The sink and mirror are seperate from the bathroom. Our washer and dryer are inside the apartment. It has it's own little space behind two sliding closed doors. I have lived here for two years and we just renewed our lease for one more. It is a little pricey but with all the luxury style amenities it makes it worth the money. Read More
