I love the management here! They are incredibly attentive. The apartment is updated and all the appliances are new. I highly recommend this place

Sometimes the back of the complex feels a bit sketchy, but I have loved living here. The layout flows nicely, maximizing space in all the right places. The mail, laundry, and dumpster are all very easy access. You really can't beat the size of the grass lawn and trees in the front yard. They even let me dig up the planter and put my own stuff in there. Mad props.

My critique of my unit is that the paint job was a bit lazy with paint going onto the window panes, or a layer of paint done over a... dirty surface, causing pealing. There was even paint in the shower which of course pealed.

The location is close enough to work in downtown Phoenix, play in Scottsdale or Tempe, and have a girlfriend in south Tempe.
