Been here about 6 years, it was a good place to live for the first 3, and then tweakers moved in and over time it's just become messy. The maintenance was 1 old dude who barely did anything and when they replaced him we didn't have any maintenance for 3 months. We have an okay maintenance guy now, but it's too late for that at this point my apartment still has issues from the first month I moved in that have not been resolved. The cherry on top is I'm moving out and put in my 30 days before this... month began and now the manager is telling me it's lost and trying to tell me my roommate took it to sign, which I know he didn't we both signed and I turned it in. Then when I ask to check the camera she makes an excuse of it being blurry and not being able to see anything. This is an expensive mistake can u try a little bit more to check instead of giving me a runaround. Anyway I'm moving out on the 31st of March 2026 regardless of weather or not u accept this as a notification. If u have any issues please call or contact me at apartment 134

"All the Comforts of Home"
I have been living at Sun Terrace Apts for 6 years. The apts are great, with 2 mastersuits incl. en suite bathrooms and huge walk-in closets, washer and dryer in unit, dishwasher, patios with large storage, covered free parking, sparkling pool and spa with patio chairs to lounge in and enjoy a peaceful afternoon, or a beautiful sunset evening in the heart of Paradise Valley. The Management team has always been accommodating and eager to assist. Sun Terrace Apts is a great place to live, and... well worth 5 stars in my opinion! Debra

slice of heaven
I moved her about two years ago and I've never been happier. Great neighbors, really simplistic atmosphere, which gives it a home feeling, the office staff is kind as well. We just signed a new lease again!
