Lease Signing – Once application is approved, lease will be drafted and sent out, usually within 2 business days. You will have 7 days to sign lease and pay security deposit or forfeit your $300 venmo deposit. Security and Holding Deposit - Security deposit equals one months rent ($300 Processing fee nonrefundable, balance is refundable) payable on Appfolio at lease signing.
