I am an early tenant at Modera Kierland and I am thrilled. It’s a beautiful, amenity-filled building and my apartment is big, bright and beautiful. The leasing staff, including community manager Ashlee, and leasing agents Kyli and Catherine, have been very helpful. The maintenance crew, especially David, made sure that my apartment was ready and in tip top shape. The building is brand new (it just opened in September) and there aren’t many people living here yet but I have no doubt that I will... have plenty of neighbors very soon!
