Amazing experience

From the pre-leasing phase to my move-in experience, the leasing agents and team here at Modera Higley Commons have been nothing short of amazing! Eli, in particular, has gone above and beyond to make me feel so welcome and right at home. She and Shadrak even took the time to meet me for coffee to talk through everything in detail before I made my decision to apply and sign my lease. Ever since, they have been extremely thoughtful, accommodating, and professional. Richard helped me immediately... upon arrival. After an amazing tour, I walked up to my gorgeous new apart and was welcomed with some fun goodies! I can’t wait to use all of the wonderful amenities now and settle in to my new home.
