I have felt so much at home here at Modera! The leasing staff and maintainance are amazing!! I am happy to say that this is the best place I have lived so far in Arizona - Modera has raised the bar for luxury apartment living!

Pretty good however the residents need to respect the pool hours more. Monday July 14, people were playing music and smoking in the hot tub past midnight.

They are definitely shortstaffed at the rental office. Also, the income verification is overly intrusive and poorly set up. This is not reflective of the site management team, but instead of the corporate office who has created quite frankly, a terrible income verification process that requires you to send confidential information without any secure method of data transfer.
The rental agreement is massively in favor of the lessor.
It’s just the typical stuff you would expect from a large... corporation that really doesn’t care about the lessees.

The apartment complex is excellent, quaint and quiet while still surrounded by plenty of restaurants and things to do. The amenities are beautiful and the gym is great! The parking situation could be better for guests but still decent. The reason it’s not 5 stars is simply due to communication issues I experienced during the leasing process and now. I was surprised by this as most of their reviews talk about how good and responsive they are, it just hasn’t been my experience. Eli excluded, I... think the staff in the leasing office does need to be better at checking emails and following up more regularly as it takes them several days to respond if they respond at all. That’s been my only issue but otherwise love my apartment.

This community has exceeded our expectations. The amenities are extensive (the "regular" ones plus game room, golf simulator, pet grooming and bathing, bike storage and repair) and consistently well maintained, creating a comfortable and enjoyable living environment. Eli and Becca have been wonderful—professional, attentive, and genuinely committed to resident satisfaction. The maintenance team, Richard and David, deserve recognition as well. They respond quickly, communicate clearly, and take... pride in their work. Their reliability makes a big difference. We’re very pleased with our experience here.
