At first glance these apartments appear clean and safe, but that is not the case. Everything has been installed/repaired incorrectly for years. You never know which piece of your apartment is just going to fall apart next. And speaking of falling apart, the termite problem hasn't been properly addressed for years either. Management does a... terrible job with maintenance requests. There is only one person for all repairs, and it is random when he decides to get back to you. And remember, even when something is finally addressed, it will be done in the cheapest fastest way possible. A sloppy repair that will need fixed again in a short time. Here is a short list of SOME things that have never been fixed in my home:

Leaking roof
Broken bathroom fixture
Burnt out lights (specialty bulbs unavailable to me)
Large open gap in front door
Front door only stays shut when deadbolted

The list goes on. And these are just the issues with my apartment. My neighbors have expressed the same and more.
