San Valiente is a mostly quiet place to live. The apartments are updated for the most part, and it is in a convenient area. Management is quite responsive. It takes a while to get repairs done since it is such a large complex.

Don’t come here the office tried to make it sun shine and rainbows for the first couple months then after that it horrible. Mainly maintaining, they never get their work done. Most of the time the work orders are summit as done when nobody has come to the apartment.

I absolutely love this community! The front off staff and the maintenance team do an amazing job at making sure our community is beautiful and safe. They are always willing to answer any questions and the maintenance staff are always courteous and helpful.

It’s been a good experience , some things could be better . Total rent is extremely high after all the taxes and charges . With alll the prices going up rent is hard to pay
