Soy inquilina de este condominio hace más de 2 años. Y quiero hacerle saber a quien pueda interesarle hacer contrato con este condominio no es lo que parece muy bonito y acogedor en lo visible pero creanme que después que cambio de compañía ha sido un desastre en todo.
Por ejemplo las solicitudes de mantenimiento las ignoran, las quitan del sistema sin haberlas cumplido y si fuera poco te mandan correos para dar tu opinion.
ESO es cuando hacen algooo…porque también lo que hacen es darte excusas... incohoerentes y falta de respeto como por ejemplo que NO ES PRIORIDAD!!!!
Llevo más de 1 mes con el microondas roto y la temperature del agua en mis baños no se regula.
Piensenlooooo de verdad si se rentan lo van a lamentar!!!!
Otra cosa hice mi contrato de renovacion porque no me podía ir de aquí en ese momento y lo hice por 11 meses y resulta ser que dicen que lo hice por 12 meses!!!!
Sinceramente estamos muy decepcionados!!!!
No valoran tus derechos como inquilinos y anulan tus criterios!!!

Lack of communication from management
Phones being down
Maintenance being slow, unprofessional, and underqualified. Some work orders took them 5 weeks to show up
Trash everywhere Literally everywhere
Garbage service not showing up several times over and yet still being charged for the service
Extremely loud complex, if you expect to sleep, you'll be fooling yourself. Parties at the pool are so loud you will feel your walls vibrating from 100s of feet away
Security is slow and at times, doesn't... show up
Noise from neighbor's easily heard through thin walls
Homeless get in due to gates being open all day
Package stealing from front door
Beer bottles thrown around with trash
Complex smells of trash
Parking spots are not maintained
Complex is not maintained
Trash everywhere, and blows onto apartment balcony
Dog poop everywhere. Literally next to their front office to the edges of the property
Speaking with management at times has been awkward and uncomfortable
Management, when complained to, seemed annoyed and would roll eyes
Marijuana smell everywhere. Walking around the complex, I smelled weed every 50 feet
Marijuana smell was getting into our apartment, and yet they wouldn't allow us to break our lease without consequences due to low residence occupancy in the complex
Garbage cans are disgusting and not maintained
Dogs barking day and night
Drivers blow through speed limits and stop signs. I've seen drivers going at least 45 through the complex
If you work nights, I'm sorry. It's rough to sleep in this complex during the day. Many times loud bass or car exhaust would wake me up. Similar experience with sleeping at night
I've had to call security for noise issues many many times
I've had many emails sent to complex staff go unanswered
Apartment smelled like curry when we moved in
Seen police in complex many times
Gates constantly open or malfunction/become damaged
Water leaked into our apartment from next door neighbors
My truck was vandalized with sharpie by kids

Hot water doesn't work during winter times

San Valiente is a mostly quiet place to live. The apartments are updated for the most part, and it is in a convenient area. Management is quite responsive. It takes a while to get repairs done since it is such a large complex.

Don’t come here the office tried to make it sun shine and rainbows for the first couple months then after that it horrible. Mainly maintaining, they never get their work done. Most of the time the work orders are summit as done when nobody has come to the apartment.
