We have been living here for almost a year and gave our notice to vacate last week. There are so many bugs. So many. The location is between the 101 & 202 which is great, the maintenance is good/responsive, the property is well kept, so I don’t know why the buildings are infested with roaches and other bugs. I’ve never been so disgusted to come home at night.

Seems great until your air conditioner breaks. Then you'll go through weeks of them gaslighting you telling you it works fine while you continuously send proof that it's 88 degrees every night. They would not put us in a liveable apartment in the mean time and they would not compensate the offer $400 electric bill we got for the AC working overtime to try to cool the place. In addition, I went to the office to discuss it and the worker was sitting there with the door locked ignoring everyone.... They denied it even though it was on camera.They eventually fixed the AC, but it was hot for the whole month of July. The common spaces are all well-maintained, and Chris was very helpful with the whole move in process. Management is working very hard to make sure my unit is perfect despite my early move in time, very grateful!

Nice and spacious apartments. Large parking spaces. Noise volume is good. It’s not a noisy area during the day or night . A train passes by about once a night or so but it’s not for long. The train isn’t a big deal. Overall, great apartments to live in!

The experience is fair, the turn around in management is unbelievable. Every time you step foot in the office it's been a new manager. Hopefully we have this manager that sticks around.
