Lots of vehicles that never move, kids unsupervised running around all hours of the day and night, pool hasn’t worked entire time living here, gates haven’t worked entire time living here..

The manager, Jackie went above and beyond in helping me with application since it had to be done on computer and boy did I need help. The property looks amazing and Everytime I went there it was clean n quite.

Lived In the Hacienda since 2011 moved to California when returning to Arizona we decided to lease in the Hacienda apartments again because of the Management group back then. The new management is so unprofessional and will try to take more money if there’s a chance. The updates are never updated... they are closed on Saturdays! Not open on Saturday 8-5 like it shows on schedule and maintenance is really poor inside and out. We finally took the jump and left, only to find them taking more money... then what we had agreed on by them taking advantage of our situación. Never going back unless the old staff comes back. I have lived here 3 years and have had only a few problems. It is a very small complex with nice grounds. My apartment is nice compared to how much I pay for it. I think they may have changed the restrictions to move in because the last year has brought new unfavorable tenants. My upstairs neighbors use their patio as a garbage dump and continuously drop garbage in my balcony. The walls are pretty thin, but that is most apartments. They recently hired a new office person who is extremely rude.... Which is very different from what I am used to. They staff has always been extremely nice and helpful.
