After four years of living here, I can’t hide the truth any longer. The office staff are friendly and knowledgeable, the maintenance staff are fast and friendly, and the landscaping, pool areas, and fitness center are top-notch. Time flies when you’re having fun and these past four years, have been a blast! Cheers to another four years!

I’m going on five years here at Courtland Desert Ridge. How fast the time flies. And you know what? I like it here! Sure, I could go on about the heated pools, awesome Fitness Center, upscaled amenities and great support from the front office staff and maintenance team; but really, it’s the peacefulness of living here. Morning and Evening walks are common. Everyone waves and says hi. And after a long day at work, that sure is nice to come home to. Yep, I’m staying!??
