Joshua Davenport is a third-generation Arizonan, born and raised in the state he proudly calls home. His great-grandparents came to Arizona from Arkansas under the Homestead Act, transforming 500 acres of Buckeye desert into farmland — a legacy of hard work and commitment that still shapes his family today. Joshua continues that tradition by raising his own family here in Arizona. He has been married for 20 years to his wife, a nurse in Scottsdale, and together they are raising three children — a 14-year-old son and two daughters, ages 11 and 5. Their family has been actively involved in the ministries of Desert Springs Bible Church in North Phoenix for over 21 years. Joshua is both a REALTOR® and a licensed Loan Originator, working with two thriving, well-established brokerages. With over 11 years in real estate and more than 300 properties sold, he brings deep market knowledge and real-world experience to every client relationship.
