If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. It’s overpriced, filthy, and sketchy.

Our apartment was not move-in ready. It was dirty, poorly maintained, and we had to submit 10+ maintenance requests immediately after moving in just to address basic issues. The dishwasher and garbage disposal didn’t work the first week, and pink mold came off the walls every time we turned on the shower.

The “smart home” features are misleading. We were told it would integrate with Alexa, but it doesn’t. It... barely works, only controlling one light switch, the door lock, and AC, and even then it’s buggy and unreliable.

We’re paying around $70/month in CAM fees, yet the property is filthy. Trash leaks all over the stairs and outside doors, bringing flies everywhere. It’s disgusting and clearly not maintained.

The amenities are a joke. I’ve been to the clubhouse three times. Once it was completely locked, and the other two times the coffee machine didn’t work. We’re paying for things we cannot access or use.

The environment is uncomfortable and unsafe. Residents are unwelcoming, and neighbors have tried to intimidate us for no reason. The walls are paper thin and you can hear everything, from stomping and running to things being slammed and the ceiling shaking from upstairs.

We regularly hear gunshots and see frequent police activity, which adds to the feeling of being unsafe. The gates are often left open during the day, and groups of homeless people wander around. Even at night, one gate is almost always open, I’ve come home past 11?pm several times and it’s still left open.
