I’ve been having issues with my ac since I’ve moved here and they still haven’t fixed anything. They are always charging fines and making up excuses on why they are charging us! Ac leaks so much that it literally mad our ceiling look bad and causing a bad smell whenever the ac turned on. Managers are never in the office when they are open and they NEVER answer calls. Don’t recommend this

UPDATE TO ORIGINAL REVIEW: The person that broke into my apartment while I was at the gym was a RESIDENT of the complex and I am now pursuing legal actions against the complex.

To be honest the staff is very friendly, but it’s a very unsafe complex. I can speak from experience as my apartment was broken into while I was at the gym. They were able to push the LOCKED window out of the windowsill and climb in through the window, took my TV and a few other valuable items and left through my front... door leaving it unlocked. I am now in the process of ending my lease early as it’s not a safe complex and not a safe area. I’ve also had a homeless man standing in front of my door step doing drugs as I was waking to my apartment. I’ve seen countless drug deals happening behind dumpsters as I attempted to take the trash out, you can constantly hear the homeless people on drugs screaming at night, people drive like absolute maniacs on the road, I’ve had packages stolen regularly, I’ve had homeless people harass me while walking to my car and it’s not at all gated, and from my knowledge there is not security cameras. Trust me when I say, just pay the extra few hundred dollars to live in a safer complex and avoid this place at all costs. Read More

I'm get straight to the facts, these apartments have been the worst apartments I've ever lived in. Everything you could think bad with a apartment as far as issues I've experienced here. I move in from out of state and starting over I needed a place that was budget friendly but not too cheap. I move in and noticed roaches in random place, I had to dump buckets of water leaking from the a/c out everyday during the summer.

The manager proactively address issues on the property. The pool is inviting. The laundry and grounds are well kept. Security patrols the grounds at night. I would definitely recommend Summer's Point.

I love the maintenance staff now. When my wife and I first moved in, it was not so good.
