I have dealt with severe noise and smoke issues since December, and management has failed to resolve them. The downstairs neighbors blast high-intensity, low-frequency bass (similar to a tone generator, loud music, leave bass running on purpose during the night and do bass strikes on me) that vibrates through my furniture and bed, often during quiet hours or immediately following police visits.
Despite multiple police reports, management interventions, and a 10-day notice being issued, the... neighbors continue to use the bass in retaliation. Additionally, heavy marijuana smoke frequently leaks into my kitchen and bathroom through the plumbing/vents.

I've lived at Streamliner Aldea for about 6 months. Here is an honest account of my experience:
Noise and insulation: The acoustic insulation in these units is extremely poor. The property gate generates constant vehicle noise throughout the night — cars and a motorcycle (operating without license plates, which I have photographed) rev engines while waiting to enter and exit. This happens all night, every night, and is clearly audible inside the unit. I have recorded over 30 videos documenting... this disturbance across a 3-month period. Management has been made aware in writing and has not taken any meaningful action.
Safety concern: I was bitten by a stray cat on the property. I notified management, who said they would follow up regarding animal control. No follow-up was ever provided.
Maintenance: Getting repairs done required scheduling the same appointment three times just to fix my refrigerator upon move-in. Additional issues have since developed and remain unresolved.
Management: Communication is a persistent problem. Management does not reliably answer calls or respond to emails. Follow-up is required repeatedly before receiving any response.
