Rude, Unhelpful Management -Avoid This Place

My experience at Glen91 was extremely frustrating. When my stove malfunctioned, management wrongly charged me, ignored my questions, and were rude and dismissive. They promised to send insurance claim info but never did, yet quickly added the balance to my account. During my move-out, I waited hours for help. The management was disorganized, unhelpful, and unwilling to take responsibility. I would not recommend living here.

Run. Don’t Walk. Just Run Away from Here

Glen 91 pulled one of the dirtiest bait-and-switch moves I’ve ever experienced. Management promised me a $1000 rent credit to renew my lease — even emailed me to say it was guaranteed — then later claimed I "didn’t qualify" based on terms they never disclosed. Total liars. They’ll say whatever it takes to get your signature, then ghost you. The place is falling apart (gate broken for weeks, elevators unreliable, pool unusable), but they charge like it’s a luxury resort. If you value honesty or... basic livability, don’t rent here.

Nowhere in that email did it state anything about needing 12 or more months to qualify. I don’t mean to be petty or rude, but enough is enough. Clear communication is important, and this kind of misleading or incomplete information is incredibly frustrating. Residents deserve transparency from the start.

Unprofessional Management

I normally don’t leave negative reviews, but I feel compelled to share my experience to help others make an informed decision.

I moved out of Glen91 (managed by Bridge Property Management) in January 2025, and it's now late April—over three months later—and I’m still waiting for the full refund of my security deposit. Despite repeated follow-ups via email and phone, including messages sent on February 15, March 21, and again in April, I have yet to receive the remaining $50 that was shorted...
from my refund.

What’s more frustrating is the inconsistent communication and lack of accountability. I was charged a $250 cleaning fee that was never clearly disclosed in my lease, nor mentioned during my move-out inspection. This fee seemed to come out of nowhere, and I was told different things by different staff members throughout the process. In fact, two different staff members told me that as long as I cleaned the unit to the same condition it was when I moved in, I wouldn’t be charged a cleaning fee. I followed their guidance, thoroughly cleaned the entire apartment myself—only to be hit with the charge anyway. It feels like I cleaned for nothing.

To make matters worse, trying to escalate the issue to Bridge Property Management’s corporate office is a dead end. Good luck finding any real contact information. And if you do leave a comment through their corporate website, it just gets rerouted straight back to the property you’re complaining about—making the entire process feel circular and pointless.

I understand staffing challenges and medical leave can affect operations—I'm sympathetic to that. However, professional property management means honoring lease terms, providing timely and transparent communication, and processing deposit returns as promised. Unfortunately, none of that happened here.

If you're considering moving into a property managed by Bridge, I recommend reviewing your lease documents very carefully and documenting everything—especially during move-out. My experience was frustrating, time-consuming, and unprofessional.

I hope this helps others avoid the same issues I faced.
